Ten unknown psychics are rescued from a cellar in the middle of the mountains, all of them remembering nothing but their names. The search for who they are and why they were there is forestalled by bureaucracy, to the frustration of everyone involved. Meanwhile, the junior agents grapple with the twin demons of general teenagerdom and coming into their own as psychics.
